Band International launches Phantom range

Following the success of the Ghost look, Band International is launching the Phantom range, its new wide range of stylish polycarbonate wedding and event chairs. Band is also introducing for the first time an exciting new range of low maintenance burnished finishes in bentwood.  Both the Phantom range and the new burnished finishes have been designed to meet the needs of furniture hire companies and venues that host prestige social, corporate and official events.

Band’s feature chair in the Phantom range, the Banquo wedding chair, can stack 16 high on a pallet. “The stackability of this chair makes storage and handling easy for our customers and protects against damage – a problem with chairs that don’t stack well” comments Will Pakenham-Walsh of Band International.

The Phantom range has been priced at a level that Band believes the industry will find affordable and offers excellent long term value for money.

Band’s more traditional bentwood range of wedding and event chairs is now FSC certified and has been augmented by the Cornborough design and by a new range of low-maintenance burnished finishes in gold, pewter, copper and lime. The Camelot chair, along with the Chiavari alternative for the US market, have had enormous success in limewash and offer rental companies and venues the best long-term value for money.

The new finish will withstand the wear and tear of the rental industry, with little or no maintenance costs over a three year period.  Will Pakenham-Walsh of Band International says “We have designed a chair that will outlive the competition and now a finish will not require expensive upkeep.
